Business context
Seven Century is a real estate brokerage operating in Dubai's luxury property market. The objective was a comprehensive marketplace that simplifies buying, selling, and renting — one place where a buyer can move from broad search to a specific property without friction, and where agents get reach they were not getting from scattered listings.
The problem
Property discovery needed to work across three distinct intents — buy, rent, and new projects — each with its own filters and browsing behaviour. The catalogue is image-heavy and the audience is international, so the site had to stay fast and responsive across devices while remaining easy for the team to extend with new property types and campaigns.
Constraints & complexity
The solution
A dynamic, responsive marketplace built on Next.js. Advanced search and filtering handle the buy / rent / projects split, with location search as the primary entry point and property-type filters — apartment, villa, townhouse — narrowing from there. API integration runs through RTK Query for predictable data fetching and caching, and the interface is assembled from customizable components so the team can add new property categories and landing sections without rebuilding pages.
